Hezekiah trusted in the Lord, the God of Israel. There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him.

Trust and obey our Lord God Almighty is the only way we can live our lives as Hezekiah believed. He knew that God was on his side and he was confident of victory. History proved Hezekiah to be right. We need to follow his example and have Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ to guide us in our lives.

Elisha's trust in God is encouraging as he knows that only our Lord God can solve the problem and give them victory as was the case here. We need to have Faith in God and believe in Jesus during our daily walk if we are to be saved from our sins and live.

This verse tells me that our Lord is in control and we need to follow Him and we need to obey Him as we walk in life. Our Lord God is in control of all life. Trust and obey Him !!!
