I don't get the chance often to go to a quiet place, but I love my time in prayer with the Lord. I love night time when I get to read the Bible, think about the verses and pray. I pray that all get some time each day to converse with the Lord.
Lord- I need your help tonight. Please help my fear and look over our children. I know that you are watching over them and taking care of them. Please Lord please, let them be ok. Thank you Lord, for everything. In His name, Amen.

Why is it when we see something that is out of the ordinary we want it to go away-- I get it, we don't like change, but Jesus only did good. Why would we want someone or something who does good and is pure out of our lives? I don't understand it. Lord, I pray that You are able to find a way into everyone's hearts and that everyone embraces You in their lives. I pray that those seeds that we sow will help. Thank you Lord, for everything, especially for your gift of warmth and love last night. Help me turn my soul COMPLETELY over to You! In His name we pray, Amen.

We are meant to be the seed that produces the crop-- we are meant to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to all. I find this really hard, because I tried in a manner and people rebuked it. It was almost as I offended them. Lord Jesus, help me in my work to bring the Good News of Your works to all, despite what others may say. Help me in this new journey which I have taken up. Whatever I do, let it be done for Your will, not my own. In Christ we pray, Amen.

Last night, I tried to comment on Mark 3, but my computer died as I hit save. I was really bummed, because I typed a prayer to God asking Him to help me get over the OCD that the devil planted into my soul and to completely reject him and get him out of my life-- I asked God to help me focus only on Jesus. And, even though I lost that prayer, that prayer came directly from the heart, and God helped me today-- He helped me on my journey to focus only on Christ. Thank you, Lord for hearing me and helping me. Please continue to help me reject sin and the devil and focus on You, Your good works, and the many blessings You've given me in my life, especially the ability to know You and my family. Thank you Lord. In His name, Amen.

This is so awesome-- He's there for the righteous, but also for the sinners, like me. Lord-- help me transform my heart so it only does works that glorify you! This is what I've discerned we need to do-- drop all and follow Christ. If it's not something Christ would approve, then don't do it. If we have to leave those we love, then so be it. We must follow Christ with all of our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. Come to Him from everywhere all! Amen! Praise be to God!

Despite that we crucified Him, He forgives us! He still loves us and will always be with us-- a friend to talk to, pray to, worship, rejoice in! And His charge to us-- spread His good Word. Lord-- help me be a faithful servant and spread Your good Word to all. Amen. Alleluia! He is Risen! Praise be to God!

In His death, He brought us life. He DIED to bring us, sinners, to an everlasting life with Him. Confess sins and do what brings glory to Him. We truly have an awesome God. Amen. Praise be to God!

As with Peter, I think we all want to do something but then our bodies fail us. I try to read the Bible every night, but my tiredness gets to me and I don't always read-- my spirit is willing, but my body is fatigued. Hogwash Lauren. It's time to devote the time to God that you devote to other activities that don't always give glory to God. Help me, O Lord, as I make this switch publicly!

All of our fellow beings are our brothers and sisters-- we need to treat them with respect and help them. We are to help all-- the poor, the rich, the wealthy, and the poor. Love them all as Jesus has loved us. Amen! Praise be to God!
