We also are triumphant by the blood of the Lamb (the blood that Jesus shed on the cross for our redemption), and by the word of testimony. When testimony is given concerning salvation, and even when testimony is shared as we are doing through this scripture journal, it affirms, confirms and strengthens one's faith ("faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God..." Romans 10:17) and enables and empowers one to hold on and ultimately become victorious over enemy attacks. Lord help us to continue to share our faith with others that we may all be overcomers and triumphant in our battles against the obstacles that confront us.

This verse shows me that there will be great tribulation ahead for the believers but they will conquer by standing firm in Christ, even though some may die in doing so. Lord, give us the faith and determination to trust in Jesus, regardless of what we face. Amen.
