The earth will again tremble, as it realizes there is ONLY one true, God. We know that God loves all people but He also is a just God and He cannot turn His back on His own commands. He will judge the world righteously. John 14:6-7  Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (7)  If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him." Lord, awaken those who have not turned their hearts to You. Amen

Psalm 114:7 - When the day comes that every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord, i think a lot of knees will be trembling also. Reminds me of the cowardly lion before the great and powerful oz. But wizard was a fake, Jesus is the real deal. Yes, i believe my knees also will tremble, but out of respect and awe of Lord, not because i was caught naked and ashamed without my robe of righteousness.

Yes indeed, one day, Jesus foot will land on the Mount of olives and the earth and all in it will tremble at His presence. The exciting thing about it is that we'll all be right behind Him to come and end the final battle of Armegeddon. At that time EVERY one will see Him just as He is, "the King of Kings and Lord of Lords", Hallelujah, I can't wait!

I have to admit I had to look up in a commentary to see what this psalm meant. As a whole it did appear that it acknowledge the power of the Lord - but there were specifics to which it referred: "In this psalm it is celebrated in lively strains of praise; it was fitly therefore made a part of the great Hallelujah, or song of praise, which the Jews were wont to sing at the close of the passover-supper. It must never be forgotten, I. That they were brought out of slavery (v. 1). II. That God set up his tabernacle among them (v. 2). III. That the sea and Jordan were divided before them (v. 3, v. 5). IV. That the earth shook at the giving of the law, when God came down on Mount Sinai (v. 4, v. 6, v. 7). V. That God gave them water out of the rock (v. 8). In singing this psalm we must acknowledge God’s power and goodness in what he did for Israel, applying it to the much greater work of wonder, our redemption by Christ, and encouraging ourselves and others to trust in God in the greatest straits..." (Matthew Henry complete). I think we do not acknowledge how powerful God is - as in fearing the Lord and as in how He can and does answer prayer! We should not be surprised when He performs miracles! But definitely thankful and full of praise!

good research Kathleen. many times when we pray for something but we do not expect Him to answer. if we did, then why are we shocked when He answers.

The world does not understand that God is on the side of Israel even in these days. He will step in as necessary to protect his people and we need to be praying for them. I pray for our leaders in NA that they will have wisdom to know how we can support Israel. Jesus is coming soon.
Kathleen B.
Kathleen B. from Middleburg, FL said:
I am sorry Allan, what is NA? I feel like a dummy lol... as to the rest, it is amazing to be "let in on the secret" of the future of Israel, and watch prophecy unfold. "He which testifieth these things saith , Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come , Lord Jesus." (Rev. 22:20)
