Psalms 143:10
Teach me to do your will,
for you are my God;
may your good Spirit
lead me on level ground.
Rachel R.
Rachel R. from Molalla, OR said:
My praise and thanks for Salvation through Jesus is eternal and is the reason I can feel and acknowledge the Holy Spirit leading me, teaching me and showing me Gods will for my life... I pray that I will always be learning and growing, I pray all of us who have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior we will be lead to continually repent/turn away from our sinful ways/thoughts so that our testimony of Gods love & will for us will continue to grow and we can fulfill his plans for each of us. The blessed personal relationship I have with God through Jesus has guided me to level ground over and over the years ... as seasons of life change and ongoing maturity occurs I am constantly growing more and more aware of the presence of the Holy Spirit leading me to feel Gods presence and direction to level ground... God has always shown patience and love to those who call on him. Yes God you teach me you also provide for my every need, therefore let me always give thanks, praise and worship you in all the ways you direct my path and all you do and have done for me.. . I am yours and seek your will above all else and vow to listen for your Holy Spirit as I'm guided . Thank you God for Everything... I pray I can be the light & salt on this earth while I am here and glorify you eternally.

Your will and provision for all my needs is my shelter and refuge, I rejoice in all the days for I know that you will always hear my pleas and guide me in your will and shower me with your unfailing love that is only found in you. Blessed be your Holy name and may we live in obedience and produce fruits of the spirit that others may know your loving plan of salvation through Jesus and breathe newness from the Holy Spirit into all who are lost... Psalms 141:5
Let a righteous man strike me—that is a kindness;
let him rebuke me—that is oil on my head.
My head will not refuse it,
for my prayer will still be against the deeds of evildoers.
Rachel R.
Rachel R. from Molalla, OR said:
As we gather in fellowship together with our brothers & sisters in Christ Jesus we glorify God and in sharing our praises and prayer needs we are obeying Gods word and seeking to grow in the word of God that all his will be done in our lives as we mature... But I see much lacking in the area of accepting or being able to talk to our sisters & brothers in Jesus when through the Holy Spirit we see sinful habits or ways that are offensive to God .... I pray that I would be able to accept counsel and encouragement from those that would reveal to me where my spirit needs growth and repentance and that I also may have the courage to speak in love & with encouragement to my sisters & brothers in Jesus when the spirit calls me to. This is biblical and shows that we care and love their spirit more than their flesh... But yet it is a hard area for me and many to approach each other as the word of God says we should... I know this is not meant for us to do with unsaved or non-believers for most already are aware they are sinning... But let a sister or brother come to me and encourage and show me true love and kindness by speaking truth when needed and my spirit will rejoice .... Gods word revealed by the Holy Spirit is meant for growth amongst much more & may we grow in love and mature in Gods word as he wills for us .... and encourage and guide our sisters & brothers in Gods word without fear but with love. It's hard to put in words here but search Gods word and it will guide us many times to what Dacid is saying here in this verse. Love one another :-)

That's soooooooo true Rachel. It is indeed hard to say something to a fellow believer if they're in sin. We're told not to judge, but we can certainly be fruit inspectors

Give us aid against the enemy,
for human help is worthless.
Rachel R.
Rachel R. from Molalla, OR said:
God has always loved us and does above and beyond what we ourselves as humans can do on our own... When we repent and submit to him in obedience ... We allow God to give us aid, many times we face hardships and trials that are consequences of wrong choices even if some are innocent choices, we know in our spirt that we need direction from God and cry out for help knowing and trusting God will help:-)

Psalms 10:2
In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak,
who are caught in the schemes he devises.
Rachel R.
Rachel R. from Molalla, OR said:
The weak are those not committed to God and they are caught in the schemes of the devil who rewards them in a worldly way... But their spirits are enslaved and broken down without God they become victims and eventually suffer but in vs 14 they commit to God and he heals them spiritually , God is loving and patient and when we don't have God in our life we are slaves to the masters of this world which leave us empty, injured and afflicted. God is loving and cares for his children and often it isn't until we are really hurt and broken that we turn to God and allow him to protect and heal us..God is always ready and waiting to protect us and heals us... It is only when we walk away or don't acknowledge God that we get caught by the enemy... Even when we have a close relationship with God we need to be vigilant and stay close to our father God and rejoice in knowing his love for us cannot compare to anything this world has to offer and we are loved and well taken care of ...we can share & glorify God by trusting and staying close to God and growing and becoming more like our Lord & Savior Jesus extending our love and being the light in the darkness... There is no place for arrogance and we aren't caught in the schemes and devises of the wicked but rather can reflect Gods love and reflect Jesus and that allows God to plant seeds and help the lost victims search and commit to God... The arrogant and wicked will always be hunting down the weak but if we stand firm in our faith and follow Jesus more people will seek God and his salvation from the wicked ways of the flesh and the light will shine in the darkness and that allows Gods plans and protection to be revealed through the grace & mercy we have received and to be shared and reflected to the lost victims .

Nehemiah 6:9
They were all trying to frighten us, thinking, "Their hands will get too weak for the work, and it will not be completed."

But I prayed, "Now strengthen my hands."

Rachel R.
Rachel R. from Molalla, OR said:
Nehemiah stayed focused on Gods will no matter what or who would threaten him and the people while rebuilding the wall... Nehemiah always had faith that God would provide direction, wisdom and meet all their needs... Nehemiah never doubted or gave into fear he showed those helping him how strong and loving God is and also showed all the enemies that it was truly God at work in rebuilding the wall... We also have the same love and provision from God and we have the grace & mercy through Jesus, I pray we can all grow and rely on God for direction and truly trust God to protect and provide all our needs as we go forth serving and revealing Gods plan for each of our lives.. We to will face much resistance from others in many forms that can produce doubt, fear and physical and mental anguish but like Nehemiah we can truly trust and place our faith in God that he will provide answers , protection and comfort in all we face as we diligently seek his will and place our faith in him alone. God has never changed and I praise and thank God for his unfailing, unchanging love and while we were still separated by our sin he provided Jesus our Lord and Savior to reunite us eternally ... We truly are blessed and can face each day knowing like Nehemiah that God will hear our prayers and provide all we need now and eternally. Lord I pray we can seek and praise you in all we face each day ... With perseverance and faith I trust you will be glorified in our lives as we stay under the wings of your precious love... that your will be done and all who seek to destroy your plan will answer to you and acknowledge that you are Holy and loving full of mercy and grace in Jesus our Lord and Savior. May we seek and obey you each day and find comfort in knowing you will direct our paths and protect & provide all our needs. May we all serve and live our lives seeking your plan as Nehemiah did and in doing so reflect Gods love to others.

Nehemiah 2:5
and I answered the king, "If it pleases the king and if your servant has found favor in his sight, let him send me to the city in Judah where my ancestors are buried so that I can rebuild it."

Rachel R.
Rachel R. from Molalla, OR said:
Even though Nehemiah was afraid, he trusted God and through his prayers he sought Gods direction. Nehemiah humbly asked the king for all the request God directed him to ask for and with wisdom inspired by God through faith and prayer, Nehemiah was given words and confidence to speak and ask for what he would need, it must have been so comforting to Nehemiah to feel God working out all the needs for his journey and wil, God was even directing the king with wisdom to provide and offer for a safe journey, Nehemiah was faithful and God provided. We are reminded that whatever Gods plans are for us... that we can truly trust God has every detail covered we can trust and wait upon God,to provide what is needed as we seek his way and will.... rather than work all the details out ourselves we can pray the journey be led and details, wisdom and comfort will be revealed by God, we can trust God will fulfill his promises in ways and at times through people we would never think we could or should seek help from.
