Amen Hal yes it is not easy to listen because there are so many distractions in our life. But daily we put on the Full Armor of God as it is in Ephesians 6 and raise the Sword of Truth/Spirit of God which is His Word, and take up the Shield of Faith which You(we) can Extinguish all the Flaming Arrows(Distractions) of the evil one.
