Peter had enough faith to walk on water, but let his eyes decieve him by letting the earthly environment confused him. I give courage tro Peter to believe in Jesus Christ and take the leap.

Although the deciples have Jesus with him, they had little faith. Prophets, Kings before Jesus as we are today go on blind faith. Faith is the key!

This verse is the pomise of the Lord, letting me kow that all I have to do is ask, seek and an knock and I shall receive it. Like most men, I have the problem of doing for myself. At least I use to. I no longer am afraid to ask the Lord for anything, seek his word and knock at any door and talk about our Father. The pride I thought I had was not enough to gain God's favor.

Like John I feel that I should be baptist by Jesus and the Holy Spirit, no matter what I have been doing prior to Jesus coming to be baptist. John knew he was not better than Jesus, and wanted the blessing from the Lord.

This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about : His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.

This meant the Joseph and Mary were true believers and followers of God. They accepted the challenged (with a little help from Angels) and continued with their plans of marriaged.

That once you have sold and devote to the Lord, a huham. animal or land, belongs to the Lord and is holy,. It cannnot be sold or redemmed. Once the Lord makes a human, animal, or land holy it is sacred.
