Zechariah 8:23
This is what the Lord Almighty says: "In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, 'Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.' "

Zechariah 8:23 – One Jew could mean any Jew or Jesus Himself. The number 10 in scripture sometimes means weakness or failure therefore 10 men could mean an indefinite about of people realizing they cannot saved themselves and their need to take hold of Jesus by the hem of His robe as did the woman with the issue of blood. All of us that are saved have taken hold of, have embraced, and have cleaved to Jesus as Ruth did to Naomi. Ruth 1:14, 16-19 . . . “At this they wept aloud again. Then Orpah kissed her mother-in-law goodbye, but Ruth clung to her.” . . .”But Ruth replied, “Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the LORD deal with me, be it ever so severely, if even death separates you and me.” When Naomi realized that Ruth was determined to go with her, she stopped urging her.” This is the attitude we should have about Jesus. We don’t just want to say a sinner’s prayer and say we believe we need to cleave unto Jesus, not just with one hand or even two but with our whole being. I love the story of the woman with the issue of blood, because she didn’t just respond to Jesus reaching out to her, nor did she just reach out to Jesus first. She pushed through a crowd to get to Him. She didn’t let anything or anybody stop her. Father in Heaven, may we all push through the multitudes to take hold of You and never ever let You go. The best part is even if we are foolish enough to let go of You, there is no need to fear because You are really the One holding us. Just one of the many reasons I praise You with all my heart.

This is what the Lord says is written 10 times in this chapter (if I counted correctly). Ten promises. All good. I wonder if we as believers will see others wanting to jockey to get close to us and be with us because God is with us who is the answer. Let's walk in the Spirit and let our light shine before men. Jesus is Lord of all!
