I believe this verse is telling us that time is running out for people to be saved, deals with preachers who preach and what God wants them to preach( God wants them to preach the whole word of God even if its not what the congregation want's to hear) to Faithfully proclaim the judgments on the wicked, and not to sugar coat the word of God, and to tell the congregation what they don't want hear, and not much is preached on sin and the wrath of God. In closing Chapter 10 I believe the period of God's patience will will come to an end after the Rapture.

I took the little scroll from the angel's hand and ate it. it tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour.
The Word of God is sweet, and when it gets in us, we must put it back out, bring it back up out of us, to the world. Once the Word is in us, it moves us to bring it back out, or forth, to others. It cannot stay inside of us...like the uncontrolable reflex of bringing back up something that sours the stomach, the Word will evoke the same reflex or reaction when it is in us.
