When going through tough times, we must remember that he has been so good to us in the past. We have been through difficult times and the Lord came through and carried us and ultimately blessed us. Thank you for those times when we feel that You are not with us because they drive us to call out to You for that that intimacy with You. Your love endures forever!

Yes, Allan, sometimes when we're in the dark, is hard to remember what He showed us in the light. That's why I keep a gratitude list. By the time I get thru it I realize how really blessed I am. I can't be miserable and grateful at the same time.

So true Allan, we need a shot of darkness now and again to remember to cry out to God. He knows our needs and crying out to Him is one of them. And yes, Donna, we need to go over our grateful list more often.
