Numbers 11:23
The Lord answered Moses, "Is the Lord 's arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you."

The Israelites complained, again and again, and Moses became very burdened with their complaining. He then pleaded with the Lord to even take his life, and then when the Lord promised meat, Moses questioned how He would provide so much. I believe the Lord, in this statement, was rebuking Moses for his doubting the Lord. I can understand Moses' frustration with all the complaining. However, the Lord, in this verse reminds Moses of His power. Prov 3:5 Trust in Jehovah with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding.

God reminds Moses that if He, God, speaks it, it is done.

Nothing is impossible with God. I love it when he steps in and makes provision.

Moses was very distraught with the people because of their grumblings. He took it personal. But it was not his burden to bear it was the Lord's and He took care of it. Also note God deals with His people in His own way. When we cast our burdens on the Lord, we need to leave them there. Many time we take them to God, show Him, then take them back. We need to trust God with our problems and when He solves them make sure He gets the glory.
