So, why the difference in giving birth to a girl. Sure good women don't have to go through all these things today when they give birth. Sure glad I'm a man and don't have to go through even the pain women do in child birth. I expect most men would die. I know my daughter recently went through an excruciating time as my grandson was born. I personally don't handle pain particularly well.

More proof that God is God and does exist- only God would know about the length of cycles for a woman and would know the average bleeding time for a woman after birth. Praise be to God!

I am wondering why it takes only a week and 33 days, respectively, for a woman to remain unclean and wait for purification if she gives birth to a boy and double the times if she gives birth to a girl. The constitution of the mother during pregnancy is probably affected by the sex of the child. To me it means that a woman needs more gentle care compared with boys. Lord help me to be more gentle with the female gender.
