This statement shows that skills to do different things, such as in this case, the making of the sanctuary, just as talents today for different purposes all come from the Lord, who equips different people to do different things. We as humans can do nothing without the Lord's gifting us for our individual tasks.

It is amazing, how even today, the Lord gives certain giftings, to different people, do what He desires to accomplish. Some He gives talents of music for worship. To others, gifts of preaching and teaching and yet others gifts of evangelism or prophecy. To yet others gifts of healing, discernment and any number of other talents and abilities for special tasks that require those abilities.
