Here the lord our god speaks of his mercy and love with compassion. He let's us know he understands that our human tendencies are to sin but he loves us enough to forgive us when we apologize. He is so kind and passionate that he mentions this many times through the bible. Praise be to god for not letting us rot in our own sin, whome we love he loves us back more and from that love he saves us from ourselves.

What a wonderful reminder of all that God is to us and yet there is so much more. I wonder what the world would be like today if we as Christians try to model these same attributes; showing compassion and grace, biting our tongues and being slow to anger, overflowing with love for God and for each other and being faithful above all to God and to our families and neighbors. I almost wonder if this won't be what it's like in Heaven.

If He were not where would I be? without hope in this world and without hope for eternity. No one can ever love me the way my Lord God does, His love is unconditional and He cannot be unfaithful to himself....He has said He will never leave me or forsake me!!!!!
