Did not Hezekiah himself remove this god's high places and altars, saying to Judah and Jerusalem, 'You must worship before one altar and burn sacrifices on it'?

I like this verse because there is only one God and to get to him you have to go through Jesus. We only serve one God and yes we must sacrifice our own personal decisions because we need to give everything to God and trust in him to make a way for us; just like he did for Hezekiah. God wants us to have a personal relationship with him and if we just follow Him and trust Him then we can have peace, love and happiness in our lives! 😇

In everything that he undertook in the service of God's temple and in obedience to the law and the commands, he sought his God and worked wholeheartedly. And so he prospered.

What this verse means to me is that Hezekiah is a hard working man and loves to do what is right in God's will. He is like me you always have to do the right thing and good will come to you. Hard work does pay off and through it all you just have to always put God first and look to God at all times! Once you do this your life will have love and meaning faithfulness and peace that God is always with you just like talking to a close friend. We are never alone and through everything we need God every single second, minute, hour, day, month, and year. Put God first and watch your life prosper like how Hezekiah's did! 😇
