Psalms 32:5
Then I acknowledged my sin to you
and did not cover up my iniquity.
I said, "I will confess
my transgressions to the Lord."
And you forgave
the guilt of my sin.
and did not cover up my iniquity.
I said, "I will confess
my transgressions to the Lord."
And you forgave
the guilt of my sin.

There are times that we do things or make choices where we feel less close to God. When we confess, and turn from our wicked ways, God hears and forgives. It seems hard to realize that God loves us. He knows we will sin. He wants us to acknowledge and confess. Confession is the main thing. I thank God for forgiveness.

There is a good sister at the church who this scripture reminds me of. She walks upright before God and always has a word. When I first came into contact with her, I was inspired. I soon listened to the wrong advice and started having bad thoughts about this woman. She continued on her path. I had to repent for my wrongness. She never wavered and now prays for me and my endeavors. I thank God that I listened to this wise woman.
