Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signsthat accompanied it.

Just as Jesus confirmed His Word with signs and wonders then, He will confirm His word now when we preach. Just as the signs caused people to believe then, signs will cause people to believe now. So we have to minister under the anointing and expect God to demonstrate His power.
