God is in control, and he unleashes his full wrath on the evil world that refuses to trun to him (9:20,21). When his wrath begins, there will be no escape.

This is one of only a couple of verses in this chapter that is clear as to what it says. To me, this chapter is pretty much a lot of symbols that don't seem to relate very well, at least to my mind. It seems I'm not alone, Bruno, as most comments are on this verse. God bless.
