the Lord is on his heavenly throne.

his eyes examine them.

I love the fact that Jesus is omnipotent, omniscient, & omnipresent. That just shows how big of a God we really serve.

Yes Amen, so very true we were discussing today in sunday school about how important it is to think before you speak & also not to let your emotions overtake you.

Good point Sluss, and a very important one, as well as sometimes difficult to control emotions. God bless.

Terry J. from Hinsdale, NY said:
The Lord is seated on His throne in heaven. From His vantage point He sees all. Not only does He see all but He hears all and knows the thoughts and intents of the hearts. No sinner will pass by His holy judgment seat. This is why we need a Redeemer and an Intercessor. We have both in Jesus Christ! "What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus!"
Lloyd S.
Lloyd S. from Trenton, ON said:
Amen, Terry. Thank You, Lord for Your cleansing blood, and for calling us to receive Your redemptive gift. Amen

This verse means so much to me. It's a sign a promise to me. That jesus is Lord. And he sees and no everything that go on even when it's not present and visible to me. When you think about your circumstances and how it changes but the situation doesn't. May God BE GLORIFIED !!!

The Lord is on His throne, in His temple and still examines everything. When I think if examining something I think of a magnifying glass or microscope concerning even the minute details. God is so big, he can see everything, even to the most minute detail, all at the same time. Vs 7 says the upright will see his face.  Papa God, I can't wait to see You face to face. As I go thru all my trials down here, keep me ever mindful that You are still on the throne, not pacing back and forth wringing Your hands. Today I choose to do as David does here, trust You and listen to Your Word in my situation and not the fearful statements of others, even well meaning believers. Now Lord, as I leave this quiet place, and I'm out there in the thick of it, help me remember to remember what You just revealed to me.

Amen... We can get so distracted in our own thoughts and statements of others and yes even well meaning believers... But the Holy Spirit is always guiding and helping us and I often hear "be still and know that I am God" truly trusting God is a work in progress all day... The more I let go and truly trust the more God reveals his plan and I rejoice in praising him as he alone is glorified and no one or nothing can compare to God and his perfect plan for us.

Yes, Nancy, great minds. Yes, Rachel, it's that letting go that's such a process. Just when I think it's surrendered, I look and I've picked it up again argh!
