Good morning Gwen, Donna. No matter how successful or unsuccessful we might have been in the eyes of the world, our lives were never good before we came to Christ and made Him the Lord of our lives. I gave my life to Christ 41 years ago, my walk with the Lord hasn't always been an easy one or a smooth one, but my worst day walking with Jesus has been better than my best day walking in the ways of the world. I believe that this chapter is all about wanting wisdom. Wisdom from God! We are to want His wisdom, ask for His wisdom, and always be reading and studying our Bibles for His wisdom. The more we know, the more we have in our lives and hearts, the more we know how to get through our hard times and fight off the devil and his lies! It takes time, but if we are really wanting to know about Jesus and how to walk and live in the Spirit, He will help us and we will always have favor in the eyes and the heart of our Lord!
