Numbers 12:8
With him I speak face to face,
clearly and not in riddles;
he sees the form of the Lord.
Why then were you not afraid
to speak against my servant Moses?"

To the other prophets, the LORD speak in visions and dreams, but He spoke to Moses face to face. Moses must have been very humble and righteous before God. But Miriam and Aaron slandered against him. God will curse those who slander His children, that's why he always commanded us not to slander one another. LORD, I have weaknesses and sometimes slander against a brother or sister, I know that whatever I say about them that would make them uncomfortable if they were there would be considered slandering. Please help me to let my mouth be filled with only with your words and your love only. In Jesus name, Amen.

I want God to speak to me that same way he spoke to Moses, face to face. People may judge me the same way they judged Moses, but it is better to hear the voice of the Lord.

What a testimony Moses had with God vs 3 (Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.) and God says He speaks face to face. We have such free access to God according to Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. But we will get to see Him face to face only in the future. "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." I Corinthians 13:12 With Christ's declared righteousness given to us God has a high opinion of us (because of that righteousness) but oh how great if it were all practically worked out in our lives. What an awesome God we have here and now!! I think another point to learn is how we ought to respect our Pastors who ... as they follow Christ we should follow them.
