As we read the Bible we find many passages where God has a planned time for everything. As Christians we look forward to the day when Christ will return as God has planned. Even Satan and his demons are bound by God's plans and they know a day will come where they will ultimately be judged and punished!

This verse tells me that Satan and his demons will only have a limited time on earth, and after that the eternal damnation!...the appointed time!

This entire chapter is interesting. But this verse really stands out. What did the demons mean by their appointed time? Obviously, they can see what's coming in the end times; which many think we are living in now. But regardless if the "appointed time" comes within the next 30 seconds or the next 30 years, it will come, and when it does, the question is are we ready? Are we truely saved?
