Leviticus 26:6
" 'I will grant peace in the land, and you will lie down and no one will make you afraid. I will remove wild beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country.

This is a promise from GOD… (ON CONDITION) … that we obey GOD. Since 911, we now know that our country is not immune to being attacked by other countries. Therefore we all need to cry out to our GOD and pray for mercy for our country so that HE will "grant peace in the land" and so that "no one will make us afraid."

This verse shows the intent and desire of our God's heart, to give us peace and contentment. Much of the rest of the chapter is stating what their (and our) fate will be if they/we refuse His counsel, and become stiff-necked, determined to go our own way. It grieves Him to have to punish us, but for our own sake, He must correct us so that we learn wisdom.

That if we obey what God says we will be at peace and we will not worry about anything cause God will protect, provide and no one and anything can harm you!
