Thomas is declaring to us that Jesus is God! Though Thomas doubted Jesus' resurrection, he made a mighty statement once he saw Jesus. He helps us to understand that Jesus was fully man and He was fully God. Members of Jehovah's Witnesses have a tough time with this verse as they don't believe that Jesus is God.

It put chills in my spine when I think that God made himself a man to pay for our sins and therefore was fully God and full man. This verse proves it. God Bless
