John 20:18
Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: "I have seen the Lord!" And she told them that he had said these things to her.
Nancy M. from Runnemede, NJ said:
Jesus 20:18 - Jesus said to her, "Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.'"
Jesus 20:18 - How cool, Jesus chose a woman to be the first evangelist! Mary Magdalene loved Jesus. How her heart must have been broken. Her Lord, her Healer, her Teacher, her Friend, her Hope, had been brutally beaten and shamefully crucified. It was still dark and she headed to the tomb to anoint Jesus' dead body. After Peter and John arrive and seen for themselves that the body has been taken, Mary alone stays there crying. Suddenly she see Jesus, He is alive! Mary's heart must have been leaping for joy. She doesn't know how long Jesus is going to stay or if this is the last time she will see Him again. She wants to cling to Him and never let Him go. She lost Him once and she is not about to let that happen again. What does Jesus say to her? He commissions her to "GO" and tell others the Good News. Now is not the time to cling to Jesus. Jesus says if you love Me you will obey me. (John 14:15). I see this in the church today, people love to go to fellowship groups, bible studies, worship services and take bible study courses. I do too and we all should, but there comes a time when we have to stop getting fat on the Word and "GO". Some people have taken 2 or 3 different classes on apologetics but they never use what they have learned. We cannot just take in and not give out. The Sea of Galilee is a fresh water sea full of sea life that takes in water (The Word) and gives out water (The Word). The Dead Sea takes in fresh water (The Word) and never gives out water (The Word). That is why it is dead, even bacteria cannot live there. The water evaporates leaving behind all the stinky minerals. Yes, we must continually take in the Word so that we can give it out. Jesus tells me and Jesus tells you to GO into all the world and share the Gospel. If you don't, you will stink! "For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing; to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma from life to life. And who is adequate for these things? For we are not like many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God. (2 Corinthians 2:15-17)

No hesitation -- just, plain old' obedience!
