Key words: "It is Finished." The entire sacrifice for our sins is paid in full. No more requirement/sacrifices of the blood of bulls and goats for sins. For the shedding of Christ blood, has become the sacrifice for our sins forever.

Jesus finished for us what we could not. He knew we could never live by the law and he gave his own life that we might be forgiven and receive the gift of eternal life. Father God, what a gift! One that we can never repay, one you gave to all that accept you as their savior. God, thank you for loving me that much. In Jesus' name, Amen.

When Jesus said this in his last breath, he was saying that he, being sacrificed for all mankinds sins has been done (completed). This is the basis of our salvation from that moment on until the end of time.

What a tremendous gift He has provided, Stephen, and yet, we must receive His gift through our confession of our sins and repentance as He reveals them to us, and then following Him. God bless you brother.
