The Conviction of Sin: Josephs dealings with his brothers is like Christ dealing with Christians about their sin and lack of repentance. Every Repentant Sinner will find the Lord.

So true, Michael, He does know all our guilt. But we must remember that in this case they were not guilty, and it must have been crushing to them to think their youngest brother appeared to be guilty of stealing Joseph's cup. Can't imagine the fear of their hearts at that point.
