- No one can earn salvation because all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9). DO NO SET ASIDE THE GRACE OF GOD. If you think you are getting into heaven because you prayed a prayer and now live a good clean life, go to church, pray, tithe and read the bible, you are living in pride. The prayer does not save you. GRACE through FAITH can only save you. You are not saved because you turned your life around and serve the Lord. You can ONLY be saved by GRACE through FAITH. Do not think God is blessing you because you are such a wonderful model Christian. The blessings of God are not because of what you do or do not do but the blessings are solely upon GRACE. If you chose to sin, God will not withhold blessings on you to punish you. He may discipline you out of His love for you but the shed blood of Jesus has paid all punishment for sin. You may have problems in your life because of the results of your sin but not for payment of them. Father in Heaven, help me live a clean life to bring glory to Your precious name. Remind me daily that I am just a sinner saved by grace. May I live a life that shows how thankful I am to You.

No one was ever able to follow the law. We all sin, except Our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, to be saved, we must have Christ as our savior or we will not be saved.
