It has always amazed me when I read of the tremendous numbers of animals that were sacrificed over the years, to God at the temple. Yet, we know that only one sacrifice was made for the cleansing of the sins of all the world, through Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ, who suffered and died on the cross of Calvary to set us free of sin if we only believe and receive Him into our hearts as Lord and Savior.

The gracious hand of God was on their journey and He protected them from harm. After they arrived safely they offered up praise and thanksgiving to the Lord. What a great example for us to follow today. When God does something great for us do we remember to praise Him?
