Moses asked people with various abilities to help with the tabernacle. Every one of God's people has been given special abilities. We are responsible to develop these abilites - even the ones not considered religous - and to use them for God's glory. We can become skilled thorugh study, by watching others, and through practice. Work on your skills or ablities that could help your chruch or community.

An offering isn't always about money. MANY times it's your time and talents. Money is the easy way out for people who don't want to give of their time. Obedience rather than sacrifice is what God wants.

Do we thank God for giving us our skill?
Are we willingly making the best use of that skill in God's service?
Are we jealous we do not have the skill someones else does?

It is my responsibility to offer my talent/skill for the benefit of my community as a sign of gratitude to God who gave me those talents.
