Not much you can say about this chapter, but I do recall Joab was responsible for crushing the son of David, Absalom for his rebellion. Even though he was commander of Davids royal army, we know what happens to Johab in the end. This was an interesting chapter.:)

Amen Peter. It shows the importance of the direction of the Lord. I look at it from another perspective too, that we are so blessed today to have the full written word of the Lord to guide us but at that time it was not available so readily to all.
