Yes, the Lord has done great things for me (us) and I believe He is going to do even MORE through me (us) in the days ahead. Joel 2:28  And it shall be afterward, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy; your old men shall dream dreams; your young men shall see visions.

We can look at God's former blessings and have trust that we'll have them again. Planting is an act of faith. Whether it's seed in the ground or the seed of the Word into someone's life. Every dry stream has the potential to be a river again. First, we must ask God if THIS is the area He would have us plant in. Then, we must work diligently sowing the good seed which is the Word of God, in tearful earnestness. As Hillsong says, God break my heart for what breaks Yours. Then, as Paul says in 1 Cor 3, one plants , another waters, another harvests, but it's actually God that gives the increase. Then, as the old hymn says, "We shall come rejoicing, Bringing in the Sheaves." There is NO joy apart from God. God isn't a big serious, gloomy, despondent, negative, critical sort of religious kill joy freak sitting up there in heaven waiting to Gibbs smack you upside the head as soon as you step out of line. This psalm, is telling us to dare to dream then, to believe that dreams come true. Joy isn't about being happy. It's about being restored, that is, brought back to who God designed you to be. Thank You Papa God for YOUR joy everlasting.

Thanks Lloyd and Bonnie. It's funny, This afternoon I went to the pool to swim my laps. There was 1 other girl there. As I was finishing my laps, God told me to go witness to the girl. After hemming, hawing, and arguing with Him, He continued to bring: Ezekiel 33:6 But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman's hand.' And "fear of man is a snare" to mind. I walked around the pool a couple times then finally went up to her and asked her the diagnostic questions, presented the gospel to her and she prayed to receive Christ. Her story was basically that God has been leading her to this point for some time. As I said in my comment above, One sows, one waters another reaps, but it's God that gives the increase.

You go girly, this is fantastic! This was a divine appointment. You overcame your fears. Just think of all those angles rejoicing in heaven. And think of those angles on pins and needles as you walk around and around the pool. They were cheering you on like soul loving fanatics. You tuned out radio devil and when Jesus walked up to the girl, you were there within 6”.

Yes. Nancy, I just finished the Evangelism Explosion class at my church. I didn't really WANT to take it, but God told me to. I don't have the gift of evangelism. I have the gift of encouragement and teaching. But I have friends that aren't saved and my way of evangelizing (just living by example, praying for them and trying to talk about Jesus)wasn't working. I needed something that actually showed me how to logically present man as a sinner who can't save himself, God who loves us, doesn't wanna punish US, but must punish our SINS, Jesus as the perfect God-man who died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins and how to receive that free gift of eternal life and exactly WHAT kinda faith gets you into heaven and what kind doesn't. That's what it does. What I've found so far is EVERY time when I or one of my team mates presented the gospel and asked if the person wanted to receive the free gift of eternal life, there's a LOOK that comes over their countenance that's surreal. It's literally the Holy Spirit resting on them and waiting for their response. It's almost like their in a trance. It's soooooooo neat to be a part of such an amazing supernatural experience with my Papa God. Thank you, Nancy, for praying that God would give me the boldness to share my faith. God bless you, sweetie.

Funny, i have noticed you have been praying for the lost a lot lately. And using EE terms like the greatest giver and free gift, but duh, i never put it together. i have been doing EE since 1994. i don't believe i have the gift either and i am extremely shy. But i noticed most EE people are shy. i sense you are extremely outgoing and i believe outgoing people are the best at catching and keeping them fish. i am proud to say i know you. Can't wait to hear more stories. God has been using you and He is using and will continue to use you BIG TIME! God Bless

That's funny, Nancy, cause I remember you saying a few things about how you shared with someone and just little things, made me wonder if you were doing some sort of evangelism like EE. Turns out you're doing EE. I'm going to come back as a trainer, not cause of the gift of evangelism, but cause of the gift of encouragement and teaching.
