Exodus 36:3
They received from Moses all the offerings the Israelites had brought to carry out the work of constructing the sanctuary. And the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning.

It's amazing how God supplies our needs and will give us more than enough to share freely. Everything we have God owns. It appears that the more we give the more is given back to us. God is great and greatly to be praised.

and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills—

Whatever God has called us to do, he will provide the wisdom, understanding, knowledge, skills, materials, people, etc. We don't have to be worried about how it's going to get done. All we need to do is trust, obey and move out the way. God let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. There is nothing to hard for God. It seems so simple.

Exodus 32:13
Remember your servants Abraham, Isaac and Israel, to whom you swore by your own self: 'I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and I will give your descendants all this land I promised them, and it will be their inheritance forever.' "

Moses was truly a man of God. He knew that his people deserved to die, however he remind God of the promise that was made to Abraham and his descendants. If God destroyed the people, not only would their enemies mock Him, Jesus would not have came to save us. We would be lost forever. I thank God for His faithfulness. He is a promise keeper.

Exodus 31:17
It will be a sign between me and the Israelites forever, for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed.' "

We need to have a day when we do nothing but remember all the blessings, promises and covenants of God. We need this day to do nothing but praise Him for all He has done and will do because of our obedience. God takes this day to honor, refresh and give us rest. He rested after the seven day not because He gets tired, but to give us an example of what our spiritual and physical body need. This helps us to focus on the most important things and it prepares us to walk by faith . I tend not care about the small things when I meditate on God's promises and give God the glory expecially with the saints of God.

Exodus 30:16
Receive the atonement money from the Israelites and use it for the service of the tent of meeting. It will be a memorial for the Israelites before the Lord, making atonement for your lives."

It means that a Holy God did all of this to make me right and holy. A holy God loves an unholy people. This nation had to give an offering for an atonement for their lives. I just think about what Jesus did for me and I cry Holy, Holy, Holy is our Lord God Almighty. His love and mercy endures forever.
