If we have a sinful, unbelieving heart we can't hear what the Lord is saying to us. He loves us all so very much. He is my Everything. Without Him I am nothing. I can do nothing. He wants to lead and guide us and it's so important to listen to Him.

Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

what this verse means to me, is that Jesus is sympathetic to what we are going through. He understands what we feel like and He is always with us to help us as we go through trials.
