Song of Songs 3:11
come out,
and look, you daughters of Zion.
Look on King Solomon wearing a crown,
the crown with which his mother crowned him
on the day of his wedding,
the day his heart rejoiced.

One day Jesus will return wearing a crown on His head and we will rule with Him forever! One day every knee will bow to the King of kings and Lord of lords. Worship King Jesus today!

In the Old Testament Christ had not yet been revealed but king Solomon's crown represented the glory of Christ before He appeared to His people but there was a semblance of His glory as Solomon appeared with His glorious crown. Help us, Lord, to realize Your glory as we read and study Your word and apply it to our lives. Amen
Mary P.
Mary P. from DeMotte, IN said:
Amen. I make a study of it all. And I have to go back over it and read it again because I want to be able to remember what He wants for us, and I always want to see if I am applying to my life the way He would want me to. I love Jesus so much and He is my Lord and Savior! Amen

Wow, Solomon was so happy with this bride of his. What in the world happened that he had to go and marry all those 700 wives and have another 300 concubines. How sad that he fell so far into that sin, I'd be willing to say that it would be today's equivalent of being addicted to pornography. He had to have been eat up with an unloving spirit that he'd hafta feel the need to have all those women.

So true Donna, and he wasn't happy with a one of them! That too is a sad thing! See, it doesn't pay to go searching for "Something better" because 9 times out of 10, it was right under your nose the whole time and Satan had you so blind to it, it could have been a snake and bit you on the nose!

This Verse reminds me of King Solomon coming to Jerusalem wearing His Crown for a wedding and that one day Jesus will be coming back for his Saints on a Cloud to Prepare to have the Wedding Feast of the Lamb and on that Glorious Day King of Kings Lord of Lords Heart will be Rejoicing what Glorious day that's Going to be

Come out, and look, you daughters of Zion. Look on King Solomon wearing a crown, the crown with which his mother crowned him on the day of his wedding, the day his heart rejoiced. (Song of Songs 3:11) How it does feel so happy and so exciting on your wedding day! How you can feel the love, see the love and excitement in your husbands eyes as you walk down the isle! How beautiful I felt with my Wedding Gown, my hair fixed so pretty, and my little crown of diamonds I had worn, and my makeup just perfect! I thought I was a princess! I felt that this was the happiest day of my life!! BUT can you picture what WILL be the happiest day of my life, when Jesus my Lord and Savior comes back to get me and I see the love and excitement in HIS eyes?!! When HE puts the Crown of Life on my head and walks me through those Pearly Gates of Heaven?!!! Hallelujah! NOW that will be happiness and excitement there my friends! AMEN! That is the day when MY heart WILL rejoice! Praise the Lord Jesus! YOU are the REAL Crown, happiness, and the reason for my heart to rejoice! Hallelujah!

Thank you Nancy! I would rather have Jesus than anything. This book here reminds me of a Romance Novel, and I don't get into those, so I read and see how I can feel about these things for Jesus because HE is the true Lover of me and my soul! I love to worship Him and praise Him for ALL He does!

Come everyone and see King Solomon wearing a crown his mother crowned him on the day of his wedding and how glad he was

Lloyd S. from Trenton, ON said:
True Susan, and I believe his crown represents the glory of the Lord to those who see Him for who He is, just as Solomon's wife saw him on their wedding day. Majestic comes to mind.
