This scripture affirms God's own love for us in this: The compassion of Christ for us no one else can do or might even be willing to do is die for us that our sins will be removed.

It shows how powerful Love is. . It speaks to me of doing something you are not really fond of doing but doing it for the simple fact that you are following God's command.

God knew we could not follow the law without failing so he sent his son, Jesus Christ, so we would be saved and forgiven.

The love of God is more immense than we can even imagine. He sent His only Son to die for us even though we were so totally immersed in sin we could not get out on our own. God's love was so great He did not see the sin but the sinner ,we are His children and He loves us and wanted to give us a way to break free of our sin and the only way was to sacrifice His son so we could be cleansed by His blood. Sin cannot win when you are covered by the blood of Christ.
