Romans 16:2
I ask you to receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of his people and to give her any help she may need from you, for she has been the benefactor of many people, including me.

I love that God's Word specifically says " to receive her in the Lord." It is an example that godly women do matter in the Kingdom as teachers of Christ's love, grace, mercy, salvation, etc. As a woman in ministry this helps me to keep going, because I know that God has asked others "to receive me in the Lord."

Hi Sydni, I wasn't able to comment on your post where you asked if I knew how to delete posts, so I hope you get this. Anyhow, I'm really new to this Bible study thread and I don't know how to delete them, but I would like to encourage you to believe that God can and does use even repetitions for good :) Maybe someone reading those posts really need it repeated?? God knows. So until someone wiser than me can answer your question, just praise the Lord and leave it with Him. :) God bless

p.s. Sydni, I also meant to tell you I loved the way you described a Christian husband and wife as being one in the Spirit, of their union being three in one, like the trinity. I'd never heard this description before. It's good for God's people to think on such good things, holy things of God.
