Oh, if some of the political leaders of the world would read this Psalm and take it to heart, what a better world we would have. Lord, awaken the leaders of the nations and bring the revelation of their need of Christ and His commands and principles to effectively lead their people. Amen

We have been warned, we cant use the "I didnt know excuse anymore!" We are such a culture of excuses, trying to blame someone, anyone, else for our actions, our decisions, our choices, our SIN. We must be aware that we are going to be held accountable for all we do, say, think, we can no longer hide behind someone elses sin. Sin is Sin in the eyes of the Lord. No ones sin is better or worse in the heart of the Lord. We must fear the Lord and act accordingly or we will be judged regardless of how pretty or painless or little we make our sin look.

Well spoken, Sally. We are all accountable and as you've said, we have no excuses. The Bible is packed with messages of how to live our lives and not reading it will be a useless excuse. God bless.

That's right Sally, we are indeed without excuse, we have the owners manual. And Christians that whitewash their "acceptable" sins like gossip in the guise of a prayer request, and harboring anger, bitterness and unforgiveness in their hearts, while judging others for their more "heinous"sins will be judged more severely. Remember how Jesus judged the pharisees. Jesus said if we Harbor anger, we've murdered them in our hearts. Gossip is murder with the tongue. Judgement begins in the house of God. If we allow these things in our hearts and restrain them, unredeemed people will have them and act on them. Search my heart Oh God and see if there's ANY wicked way in me.
