in the previous scriptures every time Balaam spoke he made God angry. he was not doing what God had asked of him. God allowed him to go when he finaly would obey and say only what God gave him. We are so much like this.saying what we want to say instead of what God wants us to say. We must learn to obey to do immediatly what God tells us to say or do. our decisions decide.We are living at this time whatby what decisions we made and they decided how we live at this moment. if you dont like the way your living then you need to dicide to make a knew decision, the right one so you can live as desired.to be happy and full of joy you must be obediant to what God is saying to you and obediant to his word.
