Mark 9:37
"Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me."
Jessie A. from Brookline, MO said:
Little children refers to new believers in Christ, welcoming Christ in us as we were created in the image of God who came to us as Jesus. So this verse refers to discipleship, being welcomed into the family of God.

Mark 9:37

If we welcome Jesus, we have welcomed God the Father too, for God is three in one, Father Son and Holy Spirit. So if we accept one we accept all. I once sat under a pastor who said, if you attempt to figure out everything about the trinity you'll lose your mind but if you deny them, you'll lose your soul. Never forgot that. God is so complex that we will never, at least in this life, fully figure Him out but if we deny Him we are lost forever more. Thank You, Lord, that You are beyond us fully understanding because if we could fully figure You out, we'd think we are You and don't need You, which is impossible.
