when ever you are found guilty of stealing, and you realize it's wrong you must return stolening goods. if you found lost property that's does not belong to you, you must see that individuals property is returned safley to it's rightful owner by any means possible. the good lord want us to be honest, and trustworthy.

God established clear order and instruction on the handling of sin. People were able to see that they were wrong and had to make up for it to show repentance.
