Leviticus 26:13
I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high.

We can walk with heads held high when we do what the Lord requires.

Now under the grace of Jesus, who died for me, He has brought me our of the bondage of sin, broke that bondage of sin and enable me to walk with my head toward heaven with a hope for the future because my feet are planted on the rock. I am no longer under the yoke of sin. Forgiveness and light is mine. Amen...Amen...and Amen...He is the Lord my God..

This was such a powerful chapter. The verse I was going to comment on was verse 2 (Obeserve My sabbaths and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the Lord.) But after reading verse 13, it spoke the most to me. It did so because God has brought me to this very point in my life and I am very thankful... to be free. Praise God. Last summer, God gave me understanding concerning the place of peace, the place of rest in which He is offering everyone. I had read the book of Exodus and Joshua and celebrated with them when they finally arrived. Then God led me to the book of Hebrews, chapter 4 and pointed out to me Christ is His rest in which I am invited every day of my life until He calls me home. So I can rest and work no more (Lev. 26:2). I am so thankful and have been blessed by this chapter so much this morning. To every reader and doer of His word, I pray God's blessings pursue and overtake you. In the mighty name of Jesus.
