I love this verse! "Yet at the scent of water" Jesus is the water of my life and just the thought of him brings forth all of his promises...peace, love, mercy, grace and on and on. His love and desire for us is overwhelming? Even when I am not an active Christian spending time with The Lord in word and prayer and trying to go it alone it only takes a scent of his living water to bring forth his fruit in my life. Thank you Jesus that you "long for the creature you have made", that you will " count my steps but not keep track of my sins." That just the mere scent of your water brings forth new life.
