The act of thanksgiving is so powerful!! sometimes I find myself asking for soooo much sometimes. And neglecting to thank You God for all that you have done in me and through me. The things that You have done for me now, in the past and what You will do for me in the future. You are a magnificent God and I praise You Jesus forever and ever!!! Amen!!!

Jeremiah 32; (26) Then the Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah; (27) "I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is there anything too hard for Me? (38) They will be My people, and I will be their God. (40) : I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire them to fear Me, so that they will never turn away from Me. (41) I will rejoice in doing them good and will assuredly plant them in this land with all My heart and soul. Nothing is too hard for God!! We are His kids and He loves to bless us and it makes Him happy to give us what we need and want! Thank You Lord for Your blessings on me!!

Jeremiah 32:27 In verse 6 and 7 God tells Jeremiah to buy land from his Uncle. Then in verse 8 Jeremiah says when he saw his Uncle, he KNEW it was the Word of the Lord. You would not think that Jeremiah would need confirmation that what he heard was really from the Lord. So being obedient Jeremiah buys the field even though it seems like a bad deal because they only have one year left before off they go to Babylon. The Lord tells us (Luke 12) to lay up for ourselves treasures in Heaven. Sell the things we like but don’t really need and give to the poor. It takes great faith for us to do that just as it took great faith for Jeremiah to buy that land and this is just one of the smaller great things Jeremiah had done. After (not before) Jeremiah is obedient to the Lord, in verses 17-25, Jeremiah prays to Lord and his last line (verse 25) Jeremiah says, And though the city will be given into the hands of the Babylonians, you, Sovereign Lord, say to me, 'Buy the field with silver and have the transaction witnessed.' It appears to me that Jeremiah is obedient but he is saying this doesn’t make any sense. Then God answers Jeremiah the same way Jeremiah started his prayer. “I am the LORD God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me!” This is a rhetorical question as we KNOW; there is NOTHING too hard for our Lord. Father in Heaven, my hope is in You. I am just passing through this world and I know I am far past half way. Maybe closer than I think, but that’s fine because I am looking forward seeing You face to face. I believe You have work for me in Heaven to do but even if we just sing and praise Your name day and night for ever and ever, that’s great with me.
