But when grace is shown to the wicked,
they do not learn righteousness;
even in a land of uprightness they go on doing evil
and do not regard the majesty of the Lord.

This verse looks like it is talking about the world today. Grace has been shown but no one is learning righteousness. They are blinded by their worldly pride so the keep on ignoring the majesty of the Lord.

Not all will accept the saving grace that is offered them by Jesus, even in a country that has been founded on Christian principles. But as stated in verse 15 God will continue to increase the the numbers with numerous conversion when the kingdoms of the world become the kingdom of the Lord.

My point was, we should not be discourage when see so many turning their backs on God. We should Praise the Lord, give thanks, live as an example and continue to witness. Conversions to Christ Jesus will come.
