Hebrews 11:31
By faith the prostitute Rahab, because she welcomed the spies, was not killed with those who were disobedient.

This is my third try to post my comment on this verse, but for some reason it seems to have dissapeared, so I will try again.
Keeping it much shorter, I wanted to share the hope and encouragement God gives me through Rahab the prostitute and other women in the lineage of Christ. From Rahab and others I see God using even the most unlikely people for very important roles in His master plan. Giving us hope that He can and will use any one of us if we are willing for Him to do so. Also giving much hope through Rahab for the salvation of our loved ones. Check it out in Joshua chapter 2 where ALL of Rahab's people are saved through her faith and obedience.
