Exodus 6:1
Then the Lord said to Moses, "Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh: Because of my mighty hand he will let them go; because of my mighty hand he will drive them out of his country."

Exodus 6: 1-2 Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shall you see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land. 2 And God spoke unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: Moses had seen God turn his rod to a snake and back to a rod, turn his hand lepros then back to normal and was all stoked about what God was gonna do thru him. But he forgot about the part where Pharoah was gonna harden his heart. So Moses was feeling pretty defeated after Pharoah turned the people against him, and was crying out to God. How many times have we felt God was getting ready to do something really great, then literally all hell breaks loose? So God tells Moses once again that He's the great I Am and gives 7 "I will" promises: I will: - bring you out - rescue you from your bondage - redeem you - take you as My people - be your God - bring you into the Land - give it to you as a heritage Those are great promises for us today. The last verses of this chapter are a genealogy of Abraham thru to Moses. Now for me, I don't get too excited reading thru a list of names of people I don't know and can't pronounce. But God finds then important because it shows how He's got a plan and it all works out. The real showdown is coming up in the next chapters where we see God being awesome as Moses just shows up. Thank You, Papa God, that You are awesome, and all I hafta do is show up.

God will always do as he has promised. With God anything is possible. His reach is farther than you can imagine he knows all hears all sees all.
