Exodus 34:29
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord.
Terry J. from Hinsdale, NY said:
When Moses spent time with the Lord his face reflected the glory of God. What does our face look like after we spend time with the Lord? Spending time with Him should change us in such a way that others should see the fruit of the Spirit written all over our faces.

Exodus 34:29

Exodus 34: 29-30 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses knew not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. 30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come near him.
When Moses came down from the mountain after spending 40 days and nights with God, he didn't realize it, but his face was glowing, and it made all his friends uncomfortable. When we spend time with God, we have a glow about us that makes folks either want what we have or try and get as far away as possible, depending on their spiritual condition.
If they're hungry for God, they'll gravitate toward us. If their bound in some sort of sin, they'll back off.
I know personally, that when I wasn't walking as close to God or when I was outright backslidden, I didn't want to be around people who were spending time with God.
Spending time with God means we're reading the Word on a regular basis. When we're doing that, it comes out of our mouth and as Hebrews 4:12 tells us, For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Isaiah 55: 11 says that My word that goes forth out of my mouth shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
When we speak the Word, there's always a reaction be it positive or negative. It just performed surgery on that persons heart and revealed it's condition. That gives us insight as to how to pray for them, because the weapons of our warfare aren't carnal, but mighty thru God to the pulling down of strongholds. The god of this world has them bound with a deaf and dumb stronghold that is exalting itself against the knowledge of God.
Jesus gave us the authority to cast down these vain imaginations and ask God to give them thoughts they think are theirs that will reveal who and how He is and bring then to repentance and salvation.
Papa God, please use me to bring Your light into this dark world. Let the words of my mouth and the mediations of my heart always be acceptable in Your sight oh Lord my Rock and Redeemer, in Jesus name, Amen.

Moses spent so much time with the Lord his face reflected the glory of God. What do our faces reflect? Jesus said we to be the lights of the world. Perhaps our lights need some recharging. Moses shows us how this is accomplished. Spend some quality time with the Lord each day and so let your lights shine in this dark world!

Moses spent 40 days with the LORD and his face was radiant when he came down from the mountain. Similarly, when we spend time with the LORD, reading His word, worshiping Him with songs, or meditating or praying to Him, we will have this look on our face that people can see that we spent time with God. Just as when a person works out, you can tell that they've been to the gym, when you spend time with God, people can tell that you have been with the LORD. Psalm 34:5 "Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame."

Moses' face was radiant after he spent time with God. The people could clearly see God's presence in him. How often do you spend time alone with God? Although your face may not light up a room, time spend in prayer, reading the Bible, and meditationg should have such an effect on your life that people will know you have been with God.

My first thought when I read this verse was that I should be radiant when talking to the Lord as well. Our lives are to be like that of Jesus and when we live for him and follow his commands shouldn't it be evident to the people around us. I pray that I can show the world that I know the Lord personally. I pray that for all of God's people.

Moses came down from mount sinai with THE TEN COMMANDMENTS the law of the lord, not of man. Moses was not aware that his radiant face, its was GOD glory that enter his body after the lord spoken to him. that god presents is more than enough, and that we his children know when god speak to you, you can also have a radiant face, because it's the light that grows within.

Moses displayed a radiance that we also display when a relationship with the Lord has overtaken our lives. Our radiance can be observed by others when they see Jesus in your face and your actions. Speaking with the Lord daily gives me that radiance and I ask everyday to be more like Jesus in all that I do. I want to feel and be radiant continually!
