Do not pour it on anyone else's body and do not make any other oil using the same formula. It is sacred, and you are to consider it sacred.

If then pour this oil formula on only the priests, which made it holy and only priests are to be without sin of the flesh. This oil was to made them holy and give them God good graces. because it is the sacred oil.

As I read this passage, which I've been reading in my daily Bible too, I'm drawn to several verses that describe the details that went into preparing to worship God. I don't even wear my best clothes to church and these guys had to be so careful to follow all the guidelines and procedures to even be considered clean enough to come into the tent. The fact that this oil was sacred and wasn't allowed to be used for anybody else reiterates how important is to come to worship God in our most holiest of states. I have to give it all over to him and be cleansed. I love that God wants me to be Holy like He is.
