Alexander the metalworker did me a great deal of harm. The Lord will repay him for what he has done.

Despite what people do to me or say to me or mock me or look at me like i have two heads, i know the Lord will take care of it and I do not have to worry about it or fret over it. I just pray for them that God will open their hearts to receive Him. That is the only solution!

Throughout our lives we will consistently run into people that will do us harm. Our best response in those situations is to keep our eyes on the Lord and let him handle things according to his plan.

As adopted son's of Isreal God will bless those who bless us and curse those who curse us. One time someone cursed me to my face, but I did not show anger or wrath. A couple days later I got the feeling that this person would fall ill soon. That same day that person experienced a mysterious "attack of illness" and had to pull-over while on the way to work. The person ended up skipping out of work to go see a doctor, but the doctor found nothing. The person recovered, but never knew what happened. I do.

This scripture is further confirmation that we should allow God Almighty to take care of our enemies. When He takes care of a matter on our behalf, it is done in the best interest of all parties involved. Also, there is a lesson to be learned from every situation. Even though a matter did not work out the way we intended, we can be certain that God will ensure all things have worked together for our good. The most important assurance for us as believers is that God is forever faithful, merciful and true to His word. For he says "vengance is mine, I will repay."
